This place I do recommend, it is about halfway down Soi Wat Boon where the famous Blind Beggar short time bar is, although the Blind Beggar does seem to have gone downhill since Bill had to leave the country.
Anyway, it is a mini mart and outside has seating for food, the basic breakfast is 89baht, I must have eaten there about 10 times already as it is on the route for me to goto work, so what do you get for 89baht?
A mug of coffee or tea, a slice of proper bread toasted with butter and jam, 1 proper sausage, 1 slice of lean bacon, 1 fried tomato, an egg cooked however you want and baked beans, They do have other choices on the menu but I have always had this breakfast.
They have a big screen tv that is generally set to an English language channel, also the owner has a few birds, some are not in cages as he clips their wings so they can't fly away, all in all a nice cheap breakfast.
