| I noticed in the west the vegatables availiable in the market are very different from what the Thais use, ie the greens, eggplant, none of the little green berry things in the chilli paste dishes, etc. It is very difficult to fully mimic Thai cooking in the west. |

| My mother and stepfather took the course at The Blue Elephant. It's very high end and expensive, but it was great. It was a birthday gift for my mom from my stepfather. It would be nice to see reviews from people who have taken the course. I had pictures from my course in Chiang Mai, but I had a virus on my laptop and lost all my pics. |
