| stevia sweetener as sugar substitute Hey! anyone know about the natural stevia sweetener, I heard that it made from stevia leaves and where could I buy it here in Thailand? One of my friend told me that there are some in supermarket like Villa Market but still have no time to check it out, anyone know pls share thanks. ![]() |

| thanks Thetyim, was it in which form of stevia? liquid or dry leaves or extract powder? how is the taste? we try many low calories sweetener but most of them use aspartame which make me headache or side affect. anyone ever use this stevia sweetener, pls share. thanks. |

| right! headache is common for having sweetener with aspartame in it. i used to get stevia sweetener from Japan when i was there on company trip but hard to find here. overthere they ban aspartame as artificial thing by using natural sweetener like stevia instead and i heard they use it for more than 30 yrs so far. i will check at villa tomorrow then. |

| after checking at Villa Market aree yesterday, i got this stevia sweetener "greensweet". i just use it with coffee and the taste is good. it's easy to us by just using it in half of sugar as sugar substitute. it seems to be used with cooking and baking too. |
