Planning a trip to BKK from Phuket in the near future to see my old friend E.G.
Not been there for 7 years but will make sure I find your place
A practical demo of a Shrewsbury steak ( at my expense ) could be on the cards !!!

^^Bkk, give me a shout or pm if you want anything in particular. Otherwise I'll have the usual steaks and some other options.

^Happy that would be awesome. I tried the shrewsbury and I must admit it was definitely not well executed on my part. It was a great recipe but I massacred the lamb leg while deboning and served it too rare for fear of overcooking lamb. I would love to see it done proper and I can definitely supply the wine if you got the lamb.

You really should put a menue on your website. I think that's what potential customers look for. Else the website is rather pointless.

Sorry for the late response. I am not sure. I didnt go to a metro HS as I lived in Europe then. I did grow up in Fremont when I was younger and currently live in Wallingford. Fill me in.

Timba btw..You should at least have a set menu on your site for those of us who my be viewing this site and clicking your ad to peruse. I am new on this site and planning a trip soon to Thailand. I like the idea of licking my chops before I plan my trip..

Wow. Timba I just read your blog. I can say that I didn't go to school with you but I am a true northwest foodie. I am suprised that you left the pnw as most don't and that is why we have so many growing pains here in Seattle.

I would think that someone like you would want to work in a Tom Douglas joint or something like that in Seattle rather than Thailand but can see the need for some change also. Cool man I am so excited that I found this site.

I miss the NW more than anyplace I've left, Thailand was definitely on the docket for me b/c of my family etc though. If I can ever figure a place to settle the PNW would definitely be at the top of the list.

Only three people? Hardly a meet and eat is it?

Almost a romantic dinner for two!
