Wink Italian restaurant in the eXtreme City

    Hello everybody

I have seen that in recent years in Pattaya open a lot of Italian restaurants.

I am Italian and I try to dinner in this new restaurant and pizzeria.

Anyway although the problems for the owner to find original Italian food not copy of pasta and chese from Chile or Australia, and to serve you a decent dish iI think someone restaurant it's fine place for dinner, and others avoiding for the bad relationship between quality of the food and the price.

what's the better Italian restaurants in Pattaya for you ?

    ciao

I`ve enjoyed some meals at Casa Nostra.
It`s located in a side soi between soi 7 and Pattaya Klang.
Had steak in there once which was a little dis-appointing
but the Italian food seemed nice to me.
    Reasonably priced,service was OK.

Trattoria Toscana on beach road has the best location and environment! The food is good and the wine selection amazing. Pan Pan has always been reliable and good with an excellent choice of pastries, but the service there is cold and indifferent.... The cheapo place on the corner of Jomtien Nivate("Buondi") is nothing spectacular but the pasta is good...do beware that the bread is stale and they cut the wine with water. However the pasta is good! La piolla(sic) in North Pattaya next to tiffanys' is not bad, nice pizzas' and good pasta as well but it is always fairly quiet when I have been. Gians' om Pratamnak road after Brunos' has a nice layout and location but frankly for the price you could do a lot better and splurge somewhere else or settle for a more cozy astmosphere with value for money....Da Joes' on walking street, has a nice wine selection and great location with an open terrace overlooking Pattaya bay..He has been here for decades' and is a likeable character...The menu is always consistent and appetising. Good value for money.

I dunno that I would agree with the last bit, went there on Tuesday last, the bread was hard as rocks, ordered a salad and asked for Balsamic vinegar but they didn't know what that was, ordered a steak rare, almost cooked to a crisp.
Bloody awful meal to be honest, and while he is a nice enough fellow, the food is crap.

I always used to go to the 80bt spaghetti on the way to Jomtien. Never really had a bad meal there.
