| The Dog | Well I have eaten more salad type stuff this week than I did all last year, salad is pretty crappy and given the choice I wouldn't bother eating it, things were so dire I smothered it in the American mustard that 7/11 has for free, didn't help out much but gave it some flavour. This hotdog is the Vermecelli one, I thought vermecelli was like glass noodles, just tasted like meat to me, at 15baht this is one of 7/11 high end hotdogs.

| I do recall a place along tepprassit road run by a couple and it was called Tim and mags. They did a good breakfast there but now the place seems to have gone way down hill. No Tim or Mag to be seen any more...some english couple run the place now.. Anyone know the story there? |

| Go to Neeroys Fish and Chip shop (opposite Crazy Daves) for the best meal in Town - 99bht! The Chips are like Mother made and the Fish is excellent. Too much to eat so I take half home! |

| The Dog | 2am at your local Pattaya 7/11 and things must be pretty dire, the hotdogs are all back in the fridge, the salad counter, well if we had the front to call it a counter has been open for several hours waiting for one of the staff to empty it out and throw it away, but, they will microwave you a hotdog |

| The Dog | Well back from America it was time to visit 7/11 again, actually I was waiting for them to change my engine oil in the petrol station and the petrol station next door has a 7/11 and I was bloody hungry, so this time I splashed out and really went over board, yep, the 20baht chicken burger, it's actually not that bad, the bread is tasteless, the burger is tasteless, so chuck a few onions on it and some sauce and you have a nice snack that tastes of onions and sauce. |

| The Dog | Pattayas cheapest Pizza Slices Time to try some of 7/11s more exotic meals, yep, the 30baht pizza slices, this one is The Hawaii Pizza, not sure what was on it as it really didn't taste of anything noticeable, just a gungy mess on top of some gungy dough, the worrying thing is that they have a 10 day shelf life in the fridge, how they manage to make it last so long I don't really like to think about, I couldn't imagine buying a pizza and sticking the leftovers in the fridge for 9 days and then zapping it in the microwave |

| I used to have a bit of a weakness for 711 microwaved Dim Sum- quite popular in HK. You however are succesfully turning me off 711 food DD, for which my GP would certainly thank you if I had one. ![]() For a truly dire, never to return eating experience, do try one of those 711 sandwiches filled with some sickly sweet icky stuff with a colour like babies poo.

| The Dog | They are also now doing toasted sandwiches, I have never really been into toasted sandwiches but I believe it could be a new low for me Also the sandwich above they had cut the crust off, why do Thais do that? I mean I am well 'ard, I even eat the seeds in tomatos, so whats this obsession with cutting the edges off of the bread. |
