I wasn't impressed then and, I must say, I'm not overly impressed now...the various Indian cuisines I enjoyed in the gulf were far superior in taste and freshness. That said, the meal had a few good elements: The aloo gobi, garlic naan and tandoori pomfret were fine. The bindi was a bit too overdone while the chicken biryani was over-spiced: difficult to pick out the individual spices. We've tried a number of Indian restaurants in bkk and all had the same problems with spice mixtures obscuring flavor. Our next visit will probably be in another decade when we've totally forgotten about this one. B2,300 with 2 Asahi beers and water.
