If you give me some examples of classical or modern British food I may well be able to help you in your definition of British cuisine, that is served in fine dining restaurants.

I haven't been to the USA in the best part of twenty years, so for me to have an opinion on American dining I'd be posting on my experience, from the past
When I post topics of conversation I don't always know everything about the subject, though like to see what others think of the post.
