How its taste Stroller ...I will pass but just ask about it...
Same same moo hun, but different
Moo hun are ok but mha hun not OK hah
I've tried various insects in Thailand and I ate a cooked sago grub in Malaysia (I couldn't eat it live). A 2nd serving of any of these things isn't desired.
As for strange meat, I've been served bat, snake (python), crocodile, monitor lizard and mouse deer. The worst was bat (it had to be boiled for 30 minutes before cooking to make it semi palatable) and the best, although very boney, was monitor lizard.
Two things I couldn't bring myself to eat are balut and rat.
Have you tried crocodile meat? Its pretty good. A lot of restaurants in Puerto Princesa serve it.
Last night the village had their version of a Christmas party. Music was booming.... They rented a karaoke machine. They had monkey adobo (adobong unggoy) for food.
It was a wicked party! I'm still feeling wan and a little shaky. Moonshine overflowed.... It was 4 AM when I realized everybody had dozed off and were drunk two hours ago. Someone had to man the karaoke machine and I was starting to love my voice as time went on. 555 Was that me drunk or what?
Anyways, I was calling for U-U-w-wak... (uwak, crows) around 5sh AM. Ughh... I hate puking.

I am so unlucky that if I fall into a barrel full of D*ick**s, I'd come out sucking my own thumb!
Ooki I was wrong. After doing some soul searching.... 555 I had to correct myself. It was Lambanog that we had, not moonshine.
Lambanog
Lambanog is a flipper homemade coconut wine famous for its potency that normally carries about 80 to 90 proof variations.
Yes, I've eaten crocodile a few times. Most recently at a hotel in Vietnam, which served it in a curry on their breakfast menu, and I've also had a crocodile burger before. It falls into that slightly fishy version of chicken for me. Much like frog.
And on a not unrelated note, Thai frog salad yam kb? is absolutely rotten.
I'm sure the Lambanog episode was loads of fun for your wife Davis, except the toilet episodes.
^The price is still being paid.......
What's that, then?...Bugs and an omelette?...
A bug omelette.
Ask the missus for details....
I would be happy with tokkatan and omelette...At least they're crispy...
When I was kid I love to eat it but now Nooo...
Larb Leuat Neua must be the most frightening dish I've come acroos, raw Beef with blood. and of course a nice array of mint.
Then we have Som Tam Hoy Dong fermented oyesters in blood, even some Thais won't touch it.
Larb Mote Daeng tried this one red ant and larvae tasted not bad.
I dont eat it ...
Thank God I'm a vegetarian.
The bear that "took that shit" was eating too many peppers...At least it wiped its arse with a mint sprig...
Kinilaw na Dilis or raw anchovy fish salad (ceviche).
