    Coffee.... whatcha grinding?

Might do some coffee tasting over the next few months or so.

    What beans are ya grinding?

    And what machine ya got?

Might pick one up. If it can have a perfect Latte ready for me at 8am, I'm happy.

    Moroccan Gold...but we smoke it...

Moccona Expresso roasted and ground...never brewed it as a latte, just as an Americano black or shot of espresso.

Some unbranded coffee beans from Laos (apparently) I get from a local woman in the market.
Currently looking into buying my own plants as the vendor won't sell me the beans that haven't been roasted. (might start a new thread with anyone who knows someone who sells the beans without roasting them)
I hand grind my coffee with some Japanese machine I bought years ago and does a grand job.
Fill the bottom of my Italian espresso machine (I think it's a 6 cup?) and then drink the lot if I got a hard day on the farm...rocket fuel...lol

If I'm in a rush I do the 3-in-1 jobbies, about 3 packets in a big mug

Yes Luigi, making a cup of coffee is like making love to a beautiful woman. It's got to be hot. You've got to take your time. You've got to stir... gently and firmly. You've got to grind your beans until they squeak. And then you put in the milk…

Terry, I see you own a nice pair of white sport socks.
Nice co-ordination with the trainers and shorts. Is that a torch in your pocket?

I'm with you there. I bought a drip coffee maker & several expensive Vacuum sealed packs of various coffees @ Robinson's Store in Udon Thani in 2010. Set it up and had some good coffees. Teerak didn't like my Barista efforts.

When travelling around Laos & Cambodia we carried Birdee 3 in 1 Coffee. I became addicted to it; & have drank it ever since, when in Thailand.

We'd by big bags of it at the local Tesco when it was available; but all the local Ferangs would load up on it and it all disappeared in a day. Had to be a sharp shopper to lay in a supply.
