We picked up 60lbs of pork shoulders at 99 cents a pound. The weather became cool thus allowing us to process the the pork in a cooler one day and do the stuffing the next day while keeping the pork cool in the garage.

Yes very flavorful. At lest one maybe two little red dried chili peppers in each sausage. Like none that I can buy here. Because of the spices and leaves we grow on are own. She reminds me of how expensive the leafs from the house plants are. Funny to be eating tree leafs. little green leafs she adds lemon grass ect to and blends it up.

A view of this guys stand. He has hand crafted saddles too. I wanted to get a few of the hat makers but didn't want to look like a tourist. may get edgy of a gringo (falang for those of you) snapping photos.

P.S. They call me Blondie. Dig. No you dig.

Sorry Dave, It would be a bit of a trip for you as It is a market between Milwaukee Wisconsin and Chicago Illinois.

It has a flavor all its own. The weather is kinda crappy now so no sense making the trip now. Summer allows the outdoor area to be used. Vegetables, animals just about anything.

Some I know will not go there as its somehow "beneath" them. The same group that looks down on my partner. You know the type. Find it stuffy and hard to breath because their heads are snugly up their asses.
