    Talking Cottage Pie

    A little while ago, a friend of mine sadly passed after a stroke.He was 59 and as fit as a fiddle.

    Anyway, I cooked a Cottage Pie for the family.Here it is...quite basic...just like me!

    Next...Couple of carrots, a few sticks of celery, couple of large red onions and 5 cloves of garlic and some Rosemary



    And into the pan for a quick brown off.

    Now have to suck up the liquid and brown it so that it tastes ok.



    As soon as half of the mixture will "stand" by itself, then everything is going ok.

    Next is the mashed spuds on the top.



    Don't for get to put an egg white in the spuds, with pepper and salt. The egg white makes it easy to brown the potatoes

    looks great LC, I'm sure it should have peas in there and some Worcester Sauce though
