    Talking Cottage Pie

A little while ago, a friend of mine sadly passed after a stroke. He was 59 and as fit as a fiddle.

Anyway, I cooked a Cottage Pie for the family. Here it is...quite basic...just like me!

    Start here....

Now have to suck up the liquid and brown it so that it tastes ok.

As soon as half of the mixture will "stand" by itself, then everything is going ok.

Next is the mashed spuds on the top.

Don't for get to put an egg white in the spuds, with pepper and salt. The egg white makes it easy to brown the potatoes

Nice sentiment on your part LC. I'm sure such a homely and comforting dish was well appreciated. Good work fella.
