What's the best burger you've ever had?

Mine was in a roadhouse about half way between Denver and Vail, Colorado.
Bloody luvly it was- a half pound patty, blackened, well tasty and cooked just right- i.e. not dried out. Can't believe the size of the servings there- a load of salad and a stack of chips too. Hardly touched the chips.

Nothing else I've had matches it, though Dan Ryans in HK is worth an honourable mention.

A cheeseburger late at night from BurgerMachine in Ermita.
You get the same white sauce they put on the Chawarmas - yummy!

Mr. T's Roadhouse across the street from the Shell Refinery in Martinez California. Half pound of beef not too thick, no too thin, on a french roll, piled hig with tomato, lettuce, onion, pickles, mustard & mayo. Burger cooked through but with juices running...
Fist think I do when I get back is head to Tommys (Mr T)

They used to do a massive beast of a burger at The Three Fyshes in Turvey, Bedfordshire. It came in a cottage roll and had so much in it there was no room left for the beer that they brewed on the premises.

Of course, it's since been bought by a pub company and promptly ruined.

This is Quite the BESt I have had.

Not a good representation, because its a photo of a photo.

Purchased at the Working mens institute canteen
332 Darling st Balmain Sydney. Fvcking brilliant it was, sourdough bun, good ozzie chedder, mouthwatering succulent beef and proper salad.
The name of te place doesn't really do justice to the super wholesome food at very reasonable prices. The above Burger was 4 times the size of a Mcrap for only double the price.

^$10 for a burger is a lot though.

But hell, I think I paid three quid for a cheese-burger last time I was in McD's in London - and that was crap
