    Never really understood yorkshire puds.
Not really a pudding is it?
Like that mess of congealed swine blood, that's not really a pudding either is it?

Yorkshire puddings must be bought, can't make them yourself.

Making proper Yorkshire Pudding is a piece of piss. My ex mother in law was a Yorkshire lass and excelled at it. Introduced me to the sage and onion Yorkshire pudding.

My cockney mate cannot understand why Yorkshire pudding is an essential part of Christmas dinner, along with bread sauce. Focking peasants.

The Yorkshire pudding can be eaten with the main course and as a dessert, with jam. Highly versatile.

^...and as a starter with onion gravy.....

My Nan taught me to make them and I taught the wife.

I prefer the sage&onion stuffing inside the bird though....
