    lime or kalamansi in morning

I start my day with a large glass of water and lemon squeezed or kalamansi when in phils. The breakfeast or coffee follows 1 hour or so later...

Lots of good benefits, my eye sight improved, plenty info about this on google

I eat raw carrots for my eyesight on the advice of a friend who told me that you never see rabbit's wearing glasses.

Carrot juice makes dynamite wine ,I,ve made it back in the UK up to almost 18% alc and after dropping a litre of that I can guarantee your vision would be very much impaired

I don't think that I would be caring too much about my eyesight as my eyes would be closed after drinking that much, don't you think?

I have always thought that when you are in good company you can consume far more than when you are alone without it having the same effect ,and of course some peoples tolerance to alcohol differs than another's , take Jan for instance ,a full wine glass of my local gear and she's away with the fairy's

Yes, at the rate of 1.5-2kg per week. But that was also using the Paleo and 5-2 diet at the same time. Anyway, I've hit my target and natural body weight of 110kg but still juice a couple of times each week just for the taste and vitamin boost.

That's the thing with juicers they make a mess. I heard the nutribullet is supposed to be a great blender/juicer. Anyone use it?

Oh, I'd love to hear about your success with the paleo diet. That's what I'm doing as well. Congrats anyway on the weight loss. Side effects of juicing..you must feel great as well.

Miss T the Paleo diet really does work well, stick with it!. Google up the 5-2 diet as well and incorporate that if you like (using Paleo food on all 5 and 2 days + juicing) and you'll soon see some great results. Add in just 20-30 mins 3-4 times per week of HIIT and if you're not losing at least 1.5kg of fat a week there's something wrong!. I hit the 130kg mark before deciding being a fat bastard wasn't all it's cracked up to be, though being very tall it didn't show too bad and was mainly just gut fat. But now at 110kg and feeling healthy in general again life is much better. Good luck to you!.

^That's awesome, thanks! I'm weaning off my current diet in a week, and I don't want to eat wheat anymore. That is why I was looking at the Paleo diet. Do you have any links or such on the paleo that you have used? I know there is a lot of good information on the net too.

Breville Juicers are very good, just make sure to get the right motor. Anyone know where to buy in Th also a fast/slow cooker?
Carrot, Beetroot and Celery with optional sml amounts of Cayenne Pepper. xtra virgin Olive oil and lime juice to taste. One of the best juices around.

I think it was early April this year. I had previously lost from 178 lbs to 168 lbs but could not control my sugar - sugar was 256 and doctor wanted me on on isulin plus other meds. I was already upset about so much expense and meds. My friend convinced my wife and I to try cutting all carbs, gluton, fake sugars and many other such things. Eat more raw foods and plenty of juice - he lives on the stuff. I decided to follow his plan for awhile. Since then my blood sugar is normal and I am off of diabetic drugs. I also weighted 147 this a.m. I have also went from feeling like I was dead to now doing exercise. As a teenage boy I weighted 135 lbs so I am almost back to that weight. There is much information on google on this subject. Don't pay total attention to docs (some is ok) but on losing weight and nutrition they don't know beans - only how to sell more pills. Do some serious research and see for yourself. Oh yes, I turned 76 years old last month and feel 20 again - but - but still no hair on top - slick.
