Laylas Chippy in Pattaya. Better chips than in most chippies in the UK -Very good. Pickled Oinions, Nana Deli in the dark side. Also Garrys Bakery Mabprachan. Can be found in a lot of places in Pattaya actually in dark malt vinegar.

I used to make chips without peeling the potato , just giving them a scrub before cutting them up
^On the rare occasion I fry at home, I would scrub the skin and chuck the spud in the microwave for 8 minutes, then cut into wedges and fry. Lovely jubbly. Crispy skin mmmm
