Laylas Chippy in Pattaya. Better chips than in most chippies in the UK -Very good. Pickled Oinions, Nana Deli in the dark side. Also Garrys Bakery Mabprachan. Can be found in a lot of places in Pattaya actually in dark malt vinegar.

Here are a few chips my wife made last night.
I made the Yorshires, gravy and cooked the sausage.
You'll have to come to Cha-am though!

^On the rare occasion I fry at home, I would scrub the skin and chuck the spud in the microwave for 8 minutes, then cut into wedges and fry. Lovely jubbly. Crispy skin mmmm
