    Chips, not Frech fries .

    Anyone know any places that sell Chips, proper chips , not those skinny french fries ,in Thailand .
    Pickled onions too , any place that sells big pickled onions ?

    Laylas Chippy in Pattaya. Better chips than in most chippies in the UK -Very good. Pickled Oinions, Nana Deli in the dark side. Also Garrys Bakery Mabprachan. Can be found in a lot of places in Pattaya actually in dark malt vinegar.

    Here are a few chips my wife made last night.
    I made the Yorshires, gravy and cooked the sausage.
    You'll have to come to Cha-am though!

    I used to make chips without peeling the potato , just giving them a scrub before cutting them up

    ^On the rare occasion I fry at home, I would scrub the skin and chuck the spud in the microwave for 8 minutes, then cut into wedges and fry. Lovely jubbly. Crispy skin mmmm

    Theres ba Thai guy that goes around CM selling English chip shop style Fish and Chips , I think that he used to have a Fish & Chip shop in London .
    If anyone wants his daily stop schedule, I will post it up .
