Brown rice/bread/pasta. Do you partake on a daily/very regular basis?
One cup of brown rice, once per week (Tues if that matters), and two slices of brown/wholewheat bread/toast once per week (Sunday brekkie).
Or "Crazy Tuesdays" as they are known in the Robertson household!:)

Brown rice everyday. Gone off the Jasmine rice almost entirely.
Mac Donalds.
Only real food in Thailand.
^ Sounds good BM
Mixture of brown + jasmine 4 times per week
Wholemeal bread for sarnies everyday
Big bowl of Allbran every day to start things off ( quite literally ! )
Is the bread and pasta brown as well ?
I partake in at least one daily or potatoes. Wholewheat bread for sangers and a brown and white grain rice mix a couple of times a week with a curry.
Jesus.
Are you peoples lives that regimented?
I open the fridge and eat whats in it.
Tend not to eat the scorpions.
Brown jasmine rice is what I cook at home. Practically all breads I buy are whole wheat, multigrain, or rye. Pasta is a bit different. I keep whole wheat spagetti in the cupboard but I like some of the other varieties if pasta which aren't available in whole grain.
When in a restaurant, I'm not so particular about the color of my starches.
I knit my own yogurt, too.
Only one way to get enough wholewheat

Only brown bread other than a baguette, pasta or potatoes most nights. Not very much rice in reality.
I'm pretty sick of rice too. Prefer noodens.
Dark bread almost every day, pasta probably 3 times a week, rice maybe 3 times a month.
Bread or pasta most days at one meal. Rice (white) occasionally.
Brown (well red) rice maybe once a week, rye pitta bread most days, wholeheat or rye bread once or twice a week.
All the bread is homemade as I don't like the poison in bought bread.
do you use a bread machine ? or oven baked ?Quote:

Yes, I have seen Severin Bread makers for sale.
None of them make a full size loaf though and for the same money you can buy an oven
