Christmas, What have you just eaten ?

It would be interesting to see what others eat over Christmas and how much. I've had a TESCO Triple Chocolate Muffin and a mug of coffee for breakfast on Christmas Eve.

I placed the box of muffins on a carton which had been home to a Marks and Spencer Coffee and Walnut Cake. Only one portion of this cake remains and it is likely that I will be eating it at teatime today.

Last meal: kor muu yang, nam dtok and a chunk of sticky rice. Next meal: naem, bamboo and crab cakes. Bollocks to roast turkey (though a goose would be nice).

It should be our way of offering comfort to poor souls who are sitting in jungles with only rice and soy sauce for company. There are many farangs in Isaan who would kill for a Marmite sandwich.

For my Christmas Eve Breakfast it's some fantastic Jamon Iberico that has been aged for 24 months along with some lovely spicy papricka choritzo and Lomo pork with some black Olive flat bread and extra Virgin Olive Oil ..
