I got this BBQ as a house warming gift, Billabong brand, bought in BKK, true Aussie style. I think they export these to Aus.
After failing at everything with those shitty small oven things here we started using the BBQ as an oven on Christmas when we roasted a turkey breast and vegies in there - worked a treat.
Have been experimenting lately and you can cook anything in the fuker. Baked vegies come out real good. The mrs. has got a good pizza dough recipe down and we whipped us this heart stopper, just sat the plate with dough and topping on top of that mesh fish cooker:
Was bloody good, done in 20 minutes, right burner on medium, middle on low. Used the mrs dough, frozen cheese from makro (surprisingly good), tinned olives, fresh mushies, onion garlic etc, and some sliced sausage, ham and pineapple. Just like the wog shops back home used to make them.
