Please view my Mrs Thai Food Website

My Mrs trained as a chef at the Oriental in BK. Now we live up in the sticks in Canada, but she loves to cook. My food bill has quadrupled but I have never eaten as well in my life, neither has an ever increasing number of friends LOL.

To stay sane she has started a website: http://southpacificengagement.com/ It has a whole section on how to prepare Thai dishes. Pics and Videos. Nothing posh but it will keep her happy if a few people visit. Please!!:-)

The name of the website is for our trip to the SP islands next year.

    Cheers

Cheers. She spends a lot of time on it and then I am the ruddy editor, but she loves cooking and it is a way that she feels good about showing what she can do.

Agree with Satonic - brilliant photos and some of my favourite Thai dishes.

Interesting choice of meat for the Panang, have to try that soon.

The Panang with lamb chops is the winner for me there.
Well done to both of you for the site (cooking, sailing and the wonderful pics).
You had just over 4,300 hits a minute back. Sure there are gonna be a load more with that kind of content.

Again. Well done to both of you.

Excellent. My wife is also a chef, and loves to make Thai food. Site has been passed on to her; I'm certain she will be a loyal follower!

Will she be doing a post about carving the fruits and vegetables into attractive shapes ?
If I may suggest she does times with the carving post. Anyone can produce attractive carved produce given unlimited time and resources. Its doing it in seconds whilst watching Thai TV and arguing with someone else that impresses.

If it stops the Midget moaning about not knowing what to cook, then it's all good.
