Marmite - The real McCoy (not the dog)

At the moment, TOPS supermarket is selling 250g jars of Marmite for 199 baht, which is a massive reduction over their normal price, which makes it cheaper to hire a private jet and import it from the south of England yourself.

I love Marmite, and it's been ages since I ran out, so this is a pretty good deal, while it lasts. And no, it's not past its sell-by date.

Usually a couple of years. It does go off, though very slowly. The stuff in TOPS expires in August this year, so it's probably been languishing in a basement somewhere. It's weird. Sometimes they have stuff from the UK that you can't get anywhere else, but it's always just about to expire so they flog it cheap. Last year they had a stack of Walkers crisps (the best) and they were about 25 to 30 baht, which isn't bad considering.
