My most favorite is beef and bean burritos. :sombrero:
The beating heart of a young captive, freshly ripped from their newly violated ribcage, offered to the Sun God on a bright spring morning and consumed to gain the victims courage and wisdom. Finger-lickin' good.
^ Do you get that in a bap? :)
Nothing from Sunrise Taco's on Sukhumvit rd,
I pissed out of my arsehole for three days after a meal at that place.
The Mrs and SIL also had the squirts, but only for 1 day, stomachs of steel them Thai girls.
Eaten there loads of times with the family, never an issue...
Sounds like their stomachs are just not as weak as yours
The Mexican joint in Ploenchit across from the Spanish Culture Center is good, but the mojitos are wildly overpriced and not as good as another place I know (where they are cheap).
^La Monita? I ate there last week. The food was OK but the atmosphere was like a Tiajuana nursery school. For the prices they charge they could have put something more into the interior design.
I went to the "new" Tacos and Salsa on the end of Suk Soi 18. Food excellent, a bit pricey.
que chido at town in town
best ive come across
Crikey, you have a good memory. Is it still open? Haven't been there in 15 years. Used to be the only show in town - Bangkok that is. I make my own Mexican food, I always find it better the overpriced stuff in restaurants.Quote:

apparently picos moved down to the ground floor and removed the dance floor but is still flourishing
Must be recent, it was in it's normal position when I was there in June.
Edit: It's a temporary move as they refurb the existing site.
My favourite is Casper's (although he's got some Spanish name like 'Los Amigos' for it).
Basilicos - Hands down.
Wonder what makes a flipper in flipperland post about Mexican food on a Thailand based forum?Quote:

Lot of variety to Mexican food and one of the most pleasant things about travelling throughout the entire country slowly in 1996, was delicious, affordable and variety of Mexican in different regions.
Many things I ate I'd never seen in American Mexican restaurants, and of course Mexicans were the owners and operators of these restaurants in the US.
Making pork carnitas tonight. served with home made salsa crude, guacamole, refried beans, and fresh hot flour tortillas. Have some chips on the side as well. Just making the marinade for the pork now. Already made up the salsa
Can you wait till 8PM to eat. Just bought a ticket. On the way.:)
Plenty of food Norton, I will be watching the F1 then. :)
