As I am one who prides himself on always being open to new information - I did indeed check the label this morning while slathering some on some toast.....and the up shot is you are mis-informed.
Ingredients (taken from Marmite - Ingredients):
Yeast Extract
Salt
Vegetable Extract
Niacin
Thiamin
Spice Extracts
Riboflavin
Folic Acid
Celery Extract
Vitamin B12
