The good thing about that is that you can take the leftovers and finish grouting your bathroom.

Just a huge bowl of grits with a half a stick of butter on top would be a meal for me. Yum, yum

The good thing about that is that you can take the leftovers and finish hanging your wallpaper.

I'm a happy little Vegemite and proud of it (Though it's plurry expensive here in LODS).

    BUT.....
Marmite is full of sugar (check the label), Vegemite has none. So, better for you and not being a sweetie, sugary, bubby lolly..It's what men eat for breakfast.

That looks like something a nurse would spoonfeed some drooling slackjaw in an old people's home. Slide down nice if you've got no teeth.

As I am one who prides himself on always being open to new information - I did indeed check the label this morning while slathering some on some toast.....and the up shot is you are mis-informed.

Ingredients (taken from Marmite - Ingredients):
    Yeast Extract
    Salt
    Vegetable Extract
    Niacin
    Thiamin
    Spice Extracts
    Riboflavin
    Folic Acid
    Celery Extract
    Vitamin B12

No sugar. The detailed nutritional info can be found here:
    Marmite - Nutrition

which does admit to "a trace" of sugars in an average size portion, but far from being "full of sugar".

Let's make this quite clear now. Vegemite is not even in the same league as Marmite. It's like comparing a Ford Escort with an Aston Martin.

    Vegemite...(throw up)

My sis just sent me chokecherry syrup and I just made blueberry syrup. Eggs, bacon, hotcakes and syrup. YUM. Or eggs Benedict is just fine. I make them for my Honey every month or so.
