    Carnivores' Special Ribs YUM!

OK, I is gunna share with Y'all. My Titar's special reshipee.

I reckon most folks in Thailand don't have an oven so 2 options for about 4lbs of ribs:
Boil the ribs for about an hour and then BBQ with splashes of sauce, then pour hot sauce over the ribs when served.
If you got an oven, S&P the ribs and bake for 1/2 hour at 400 degrees. Then cover with sauce, cover & occasionally baste at 350 degrees for an hour.

    Sauce:
    Saute one diced onion
Mix the following and then chuck in with the onions:
    1 C ketchup
1 C peach juice (I dice up some of the peaches & chuck them in, too)
    1/2 C diced celery
    couple of splashes of shoyu
2 pinches of dry mustard & cayenne
juice of one lemon or 2 minao
    2 tbsps brown sugar

    Enjoy on Jettie!

Dunno, celery just adds a different bit of flavour. C = cup, as in one cup (C) of ketchup.
