Question Garden or concrete? help?

Hi. I have a vacation house in Sattahip 30km south of Pattaya. My concern is what to do with the garden. I’m only here 1 month a year but like to have my garden with lawn, flowers and trees. It is quiet small garden 100 m2

Anyone thing this is possible? Or should I just fill it with concrete and ceramic?
Does the lawn do by it self or does it need a lot of water all the year?

How can I make this work, any ideas?

Best regards Mattias

250 bath a day! Does he just come around and do his things and leav for the next house then? Or full time at my place?

I would have a contractor the garden is small.

Thetyim has disabled reputation
Garden will need to be watered 3 times a week.
You won't need him/her for a full day each time.
Make an agreement for a monthly fee to keep the garden well tended.

Something in the 1500-3000 baht per month would be about right

I have a house near Ban Chang, my Thai neighbor cut and waters the lawn and cleans the house once a week. I pay three thousand a month but my place is much bigger than yours. So Thetyim is i about right a couple of thousand a month should be enough.

You probably don't have a well, but if you did you could put a timer on a pump and water the for 15 mins per day.

If you plant tropicals, they will survive (but not flourish) in the dry season without water. Even a lawn that looks dead will come to life within a few days after decent rain.

Having someone look after the place could be a headache.

Could you arrange for someone to come in a 2 weeks before you arrived and put in a few days work?

Concrete with some flower pots, that's the easiest way.
