Snakes are horrible bastard creatures. Down in Nakhon Nowhere we have the spitting cobras, and the old dog (bangkaeow mix) is blind in one from 10 years of killing them (got hit three times, and the third time his eye never came back - recovered the first couple of times after a few days), the FiL has been temporarily blinded by the snakes a few times too - but they both still go after them.

I'm quite enjoying living in Korea where safety is high.

    Good luck, Jim.
    Cycling should be banned!!!

Ever thought about getting a mongoose as a pet? They put cobras high up on their menu list.

^They'll eat the neighbours chickens as a first choice.

People down south here keep geese as protectors against snakes.

We had a mating pair for a while, and they worked really well. Then, one Xmas...

If they stay in the roof killing mice and rats, good for them, the electricity guy, who comes out every year or so to fix what the rodents have chewed through can find them.

Google tells me some of these bastard can kill in 30 minutes, it's 27 km to the nearest hospital, luckily I had a level 3 first aide, anyone bitten will make it.
Why not call OhOh. A quick speech and power point presentation from him and Mr and Mrs Cobra and the kids will all pack their bags and slither off to China.

    Indeed.
Geese make the best watch animals in almost all circumstances.

    Have my vote.

Third'd and the bonus over dogs is you can eat them. Well you can eat the dogs too if you're small and Yerman.
