ABERDEEN, SCOTLAND - APRIL 23: Michael Forbes stands beside his shed, near to Donald Trump's golf course which is currently under construction on the Menie estate on April 23, 2012 in Aberdeen, Scotland. Mr Trump will appear before the Scottish Parliaments Economy, Energy and Tourism committee on Wednesday to voice his concerns over the Scottish government's policy of promoting wind power. A decision is expected later this year on the government's plans to erect 11 turbines of the coast next to the Menie estate golf course

    Champions League: Barcelona v Chelsea

The best images from Camp Nou as Chelsea look to clinch a place in the Champions League final in Munich. With Roberto Di Matteo's side leading 1-0 from the first leg, the visitors need only a draw in Barcelona to seal their place in the final, but it seems likely to be a backs-to-the-wall effort for the Premier League side.

Twelve minutes in and Chelsea's task is made harder when Gary Cahill goes off injured after pulling a muscle when his leg went from underneath him

Chelsea decide to show Barça that they can also attack as well as park a bus in front of their goal. Petr Cech launches a huge kick over the Barça defence for Didier Drogba to chase. Victor Valdés races off his line to punch the ball away and flattens both Gerard Piqué and Drogba in the process

Finally the inevitable happens and Barcelona score, levelling the tie on aggregate. After a corner is cleared the Chelsea defence fail to push up and Dani Alves pokes a pass to Isaac Cuenca on the left. He draws Cech, slides the ball into the six-yard box and with players queuing up, Sergio Busquets strokes it into the empty net

Two minutes later it goes from bad to worse for the Blues when John Terry is shown the red card. It was a staggering piece of stupidity from the Chelsea captain who, for no apparent reason, kneed Alexis Sánchez in the back just outside the area with play going on elsewhere. The referee didn't see it, but his assistant did

They say bad things come in threes. In the 44th minute Iniesta doubles Barcelona's lead with a lovely finish. Messi finds a crucial pocket of space 30 yards from goal. He starts motoring and then, with all the attention on him, he slips a cute pass to the left for the unmarked Iniesta. He opens up his body, takes a touch and calmly slots it past Cech and into the bottom-right corner. Game over ...

Or so everyone thought. During first half injury time Frank Lampard plays in Ramires and the Chelsea striker, who is in acres of space, lifts a glorious chip over Valdés and into the net ...

He's got every reason to celebrate as it was an exquisite finish. Though the celebrations would be bitter sweet as a minute before scoring Ramires was booked which rules him out of the final, should Chelsea make it through. Half time score 2-1 (2-2 on aggregate - with Chelsea ahead on away goals)

Barcelona start the second half as they started the first. Cesc Fábregas plays a one-two with Messi and races into the area. Drogba is caught napping and Fábregas goes to ground. The assistant behind the goal seemed to give it. It's Messi who will take it

And Messi still hasn't scored against Chelsea as he hits it high, too high and the ball smacks against the bar. Another big Messi let off for Chelsea

With Barcelona pushing everyone forward, they forget to leave anyone back to mark Fernando Torres. A punt forward sends him racing clear of the non-existent Barcelona defence. He waits for Valdés to commit himself, and once he does he just skips round him and rolls it into the empty net!

It's not long before jubilant team-mates join in on the celebrating action

Barça are unable to offer anything in return and just a couple of minutes later, the final whistle goes. The European champions are out and Chelsea are in the Champions League Final! Cue the celebrations ...

    And dejection

Di Matteo thoroughly deserves to be wearing that broad smile, that's a huge performance his 10 charges have put in to knock out the holders. If Chelsea go on to win the trophy on 19 May in Munich then this caretaker manager would have done something no Chelsea boss has done, which would therefore give the club's owner Roman Abramovic a bit of a dilemma when it comes to naming the next 'proper' Chelsea boss

The occupation authorities demolished on Monday morning, water wells in the Halhoul town north of Al-Khalil in the West Bank under the pretext they were built without a permit.

The Land Research Center, said in a press release that the forces of the Occupation Army and its Civil Administration raided this morning regions in south of Halhoul town and started the demolition of the wells which were built six months ago in the regions to irrigate crops in the citizens' lands.

The Center indicated that these wells that belong to Bassam Gehchen and Ali Hamdan al-Atrash, "were funded by the French Consulate and implemented by the Union of Agricultural Work Committees (UAWC). The volume of each well reaches (100) cubic meters and each one irrigates ten acres of grapes' plantations.

Iran claims to have unlocked the data secrets of the CIA stealth drone captured during a spy mission over Iran in December, signaling to Washington that the data was not destroyed and that Iran can crack the encryption codes.

Panetta on Monday dismissed Tehran's claims that it has recovered data from a US spy drone that went down in Iran late last year. Without providing details, Panetta said that 'based on my experience that I would seriously question their ability to do what they say they have done.'

The bat-wing RQ-170 Sentinel drone "had many different codes and passwords and other obstacles but by the help of God it became possible," the aerospace chief of Iran's Revolutionary Guard, Gen. Amir Ali Hajizadeh, told state TV on April 22. "All of this has been decoded by us and we have unlimited intelligence right now regarding this plane and its activities," he said, giving specific examples, including the use of the drone to spy on Osama bin Laden's hideout two weeks before the US raid that killed him.

Landlady found dead MI6 spy Gareth Williams 'tied to bed'

Gareth Williams was on secondment from GCHQ

The inquest into the death of MI6 officer Gareth Williams, whose body was found in a locked bag in his London flat on 20 August 2010, has been told he was once found tied to his bed.

His former landlady said the spy, dressed in boxer shorts, called for help when he could not untie himself.

Earlier, Det Supt Michael Broster told the coroner he did not think the spy's death was linked to his MI6 work.

Ex-colleagues gave evidence from behind a screen, to protect their identities.

His line manager at MI6 - witness G - told the coroner Mr Williams' had performed some operational duties for the agency, and had never missed a day's work.

When asked why he did not report Mr Williams' disappearance sooner, witness G said: "Should I have taken action more quickly? Absolutely."

Egyptian court upholds actor Adel Imam's sentence

A court in Egypt has upheld the three-month prison sentence given to leading comic actor Adel Imam for insulting Islam in his films and plays.

Imam was also fined $170 (£105) by the court in the capital, Cairo.

The 71-year-old was initially found guilty in absentia in February in a case brought by an Islamist lawyer, but was given a retrial. He may appeal.

Imam's is the latest case concerning freedom of expression against a high-profile figure in Egypt.

Two separate lawsuits accusing the Coptic Christian Telecoms tycoon Naguib Sawiris of blasphemy were dismissed earlier this year.

Mr Sawiris angered conservative Muslims last year when he tweeted cartoons of Mickey Mouse in a beard and Minnie Mouse wearing a veil
