Hey Ice.
I've gone and split the walking street thread where you discuss your potential employment as a waitress/dancer. The htread is titled "Work as a Farang Go-Go Dancer ~ is it Safe?" it's located in the Living in thailand sub-forum.
You should be able to change the title but if not, let me know and we'll do it for you.

It would appear that IM did NOT start this thread...

in fact it was split by a mod from another thread...

if this is correct...and I have a copy of his PM so it looks kosher...it seems unethical to me...

if mods split threads then there should be a statement to that effect at the top of the new thread....

people have climbed into IM about being an attention seeker when in fact she never created this thread....

I like FriscoFrankie, he is one of my favorite posters however I dont really agree with what he did.

I gave a post on the Walking Street thread, just one about how curious I was about the industry and then I log on to check my PM's once I arrive in the UK and everyone thinks I may be selling my body or pole dancing! Originally it was a job as a waitress and a little dancing was involved but strictly no selling my body.

I'm hardly online as it is and I see a whole thread about it and a PM from a mod - FriscoFrankie and then a million posts about it! That very same day I posted about the whole deal I made my mind up that I wasn't going to attend the second interview after a member from TeakDoor, BillyZ persuaded me not to.

Anyway, I thought I'd give you all this information before you all jump back onto me.

This thread was split from the walking street thread, I agree there should have been a note to that effect, at the time we were more worried about ice maiden becoming a sex slave, ie secret locations she cant tell anyone about for her next interview and stuff like that.

No need to prove anything, but I think publishing personal messages is not a very highly regarded activity.

Some folks consider these to be private.

Please don't post all the offers you've had above 500bt, it could get embarassing for some whose wives or mothers read the forum as well.

Actually IM, your single post in the walking street thread elicited over 20 replies. The thread had become a thread about, "ice selling herself into slevery." This subject clearly merited a thread of it's own. Don't know if you were around when it was split but it was, in fact a thread within a thread. Time for a split, without a doubt.
I am truly sorry I notified you, to be honest. Posting the PM was improper IMO. Should I find a need to moderate anything else you post, do not expect the courtesy of an explaination in the future.
