It's actually sand, being pulled down from a depth of around 80 meters to a few thousand meters.
Not pics, as anamorphic sculptures don't really work as a pic.
Looks like 2 metal stands, one with 1 arm, one with 2 arms, and very well placed mirror.
LEt me try that again as gifs instead of Jpegs.
