I was thinking more a whine.

    Like the old joke ...

How do you know you're on a plane with soap dodgers on it.

When the BA flight lands in Sydney Airport, the pilot turns the engines off ... and you can still hear the whining

^hehe.. I don't think it is just Brits that moan. Canadians like to moan about the weather.

So... I am very very frustrated today because it is day 3 of heavy snowfall. I just got all dressed to go out and get a taxi and forget getting one in this weather. It is snowing so heavy, I decided to forget braving the weather. Day 3 of heavy snow in a place that barely ever gets snow.. fukin insane it is.

Is there any limit to what some Thais will do to scam a Baht?recently got a shuttle from KhaoSan Road to the Southern bus terminal. The driver asked for 50 Baht to pay the toll fee on the way.aware that there is no toll road to there I told the other passengers not to give him anything.Unfortunately the Swiss couple in front gave him the money!!!1

I honestly think that a weak TA is more challenging than even the rowdiest of classes.
Good news: Chinese New Year off, so I've got yet another long holiday weekend coming up.

People who don't rack their weights after use in the gym.
Creepy staring at the gym, really no need for it.

There's a woman at my gym with better abs and arms than me. Daily moan: Three cheers for emasculation!

The cost of hotels in London and how illogical they can be. Now, I know it's going to cost me, but that's London for you and I want to be close to Liverpool Street Station so I can hop on the train the next day. Figured a Premier Inn would fit the bill- well the bill was 195 quid for the night. Booked myself into the 5 star Andaz for 150 quid. That makes so sense at all to me.

Tomorrow is my last day in Shan State. I could very happily relocate here. Lots of pics but posting on the tablet is a headache

On Radio 3 yesterday. Women opera singers are now agitating for being allowed to sing some parts traditionally sung by men. They ask why should those roles be only for men. Their rationale? As they age or have children or both their voices change and get deeper or gravelly.

FFS. What about the men singers what are they supposed to do? Bit late to become castrato

Is this an example of not women wanting to be equal. But women wanting it all.
Better to think inside the pub, than outside the box?
I apologize if any offence was caused. unless it was intended.
You people, you think I know feck nothing; I tell you: I know feck all
Those who cannot change their mind, cannot change anything.

It's too hot to go to the gym, will try to man up about it.
We've 'lost' another 'teacher' apparently yelling at the head of school and jabbing your finger at them will get you the boot. What a wanker, makes us expats look bad and unstable.

It’s so bloody expensive to keep fit here. (Cough)

Local gym costs for the day = Thb 23

Local pool costs for the day = Thb 23

Wife "I'm going to 7-Eleven would you like something?"
Me? "Yes i'll have a/some XXXX"

2 hrs later ..... she still isn't back. It is 100 metres away!

Almost every time, this happens. I'll just give up?
