Thread: exporting commerical goods from thailand

Dont know if this is the proper forum but does anyone have any experiance with this?. If so would love some adivce on cost to ship 40ft container to USA port of LA and any other ins and out of the process

If you export you will need a export license.
Also dont forget Import duty & the UAS sale tax
It cost me $1,800.00 to sea freight 40ft HC container to Perth plus local charges
To the US maybe $3,800.00
Below are the cost that you would be cost to get the container FOB

I would like to give you our o/freight cost from Laem Chabang
THC : THB 3900.00/40’HQ
B/L FEE : THB 800.00/SET
SEAL FEE : THB 100.00/40’
Customs formalities : Thb 1500.00/set
Transportation : Thb 8000.00/40’HC (LATKRABANG)
Gate charge (as per receipt) : about Thb 1250.00/40’
EDI fee (as per receipt) : about Thb 200.00/set

If you only send 1 container then it will cost a lot more maybe double.
