 | demolition dear ppl , need a wee bit of info please . i just built a house in klong pia near pak chong 4 to 5 months back . signed 30 yr land/l renew every 3 yrs with thai g/f ... we just had baby boy / yeah/ any way its all gone tits ups . the agreement we have is like this / done with thai lawyer / another yeah /if we split up and g/f wants house she has to pay me for house . / llf / if she cant , then i said will sell house and i will give baby boy a lump sum . if for some reason i am not allowed to do this / this is thailand / would i be able to demolish house , then no one gets nothing ...... any info would be helpfull , many thanks ....  |
