Commissioner for Oaths

Hi Guys,

I need to get sign some legal UK documents here in BKK. They need to be signed in the presence of a "commissioner for oaths". Are the signature witnesses in the Embassy considered a comissioner in cases like this. I will call the consuler section when it opens but I thought somebody might have had the experience before.

Cheers, TP
