Well the only other way is if the OP signed a company share transfer document and without his knowledge about what he was actually signing.

She could of slipped this document into the company 6 monthly audit papers.

The information you give is extemely basic. I have assumed that the house was owned by a company (and land associated with it), but no mention is made as to the shareholding. I have to assume you had less than 50% of that. I assume your wife has some of the other part. Also, no mention of who the directors were and their powers.

On the information provided - this looks like a legit deal and done while you were not paying attention to what was going on.

Sorry, but I doubt a fraud charge would hold up - based on a lot of assumptions, due to lack of real info.

The land was in the company name? was the house in your name? if not why not, you could have signed some documents that you dont know what they where one thing I have seen before is the Farang has signed a Power of Attorney to someone not being able to read Thai and in the case I know about the Lawyer was in on the deal to cut a long story the Farang had parted with 7 million baht thinking they had bought a house when my wife read the documents they where only renting the house.
Anyway all was well in the end they now are the proud owners of that house if you need my wifes help send me message she specilizes house and land transactions.
