| Working overseas If you work for an English company but live in Thailand and work is based from home travelling to job in various locations,get paid when you leave to when you return.Money is paid to yourself any nominated account company. How do you stand on the T.A.X etc. |

| If you live in Thailand more than 180 days a year, then you are a tax resident of Thailand. Thailand has a world-wide tax earnings rule if you bring the money you earn into Thailand in the same tax year (01 Jan - 31 Dec) in which you earnt it. If you bring the money into Thailand in a subsequent tax year to the tax year in which you earnt it, there is no income tax payable as the Revenue Dept / Revenue Code has a presumition that it was taxed in the country of source. | You need to fill in a form (forget the number) stating you are a non-uk resident. You will then be tax-free on your salary provided you are out of the country at least 9 months a year. |
