^In true LoS style, there will be discussions that the word 'gaer' is used many times, but the tenant is ultimately backed by the criminal code.

For example, a deduction was made for a bashed-in door (long story ). The amount was discussed and agreed upon. It was therefore a 'justifiable' deduction from the deposit.

^I cannot argue with a person who has personal experience in these matters.

In fairness I had no trouble getting my deposit back from that apartment and it was given to me in cash when I handed the keys back. Total waste of time and effort for everyone really.
