Before I tell you what this guy is doing, I thought maybe some of the TD experts might have a guess.

I have to admit that I have never seen this before. So what do you think this worker is doing?

I'm guessing water aswell. Had some blokes doing something similar at the house when we had a leaking water pipe. Different device though.

going off the fairly deep water in the gutter, i'd go for water too. either that or he's trying to locate a really sick buffalo trapped beneath the pavement. one of the two.

cant sfford an i pod , he,s tuned in to a basement disco

but the rods in the background are listening devises ( water leaks)

See now I thought he was a PI, hired by the farong boyfriend to listen to his Honey to see if she has a local husband\boyfriend...... 3 hired thugs to protect him from the crazy Thai woman when she figures out what he's doing...
