Thai Roof Tiles - New Colors

I noticed they got some great new coloured roof tiles around the Pattaya building supplies shops, lovely different metallic colours, you just know in Thailand these will catch on, think they come in 120cm and 150cm so the truss is going to be cheap to build.

You can order them here, they even install mahaphant.com

Much more of a sophisticated sound when the monsoons hit, easier to find after a bender - stands out from all the rusty tin ones.

maybe the Metalics are to match the new Mitsubishy range? but seriously have you ever tryed to do a spot of maintence on a roof made corrow cement? my knee went thru the first time I tried too, never again...

I'm suspicious. Coudn't guarantee that this "metallic" crap would stand up any better than traditionally fired clay.

The 2 tone colours ones on their website look better.
I would still worry about their resistance to large hail stones, having recently had some rip apart the cheap tiles on one of our outer buildings.

Hey, does the blue come with the shinny metalic flakes in it? I always wanted a roof that looked like a hairdressers fingernails.......

I had gone through the post. The Thai roof tiles are available in brown and blue colors also with latest characteristics such as long lasting beauty, uniform strength and water leakage resistance. Is there any facility will you provide through online for the process of selection material and color? Please produce some more attachments about the topic for view detail information.

More for commercial use than residential I would think. You wouldn't use aluminum compostite siding on a home either.

^ I like the plain simple 'Spanish' style of a painted white house and terracotta tiles; seen a few like that here. Here are the nasty Thai versions:

I don't have any snaps of houses with bad roofs, but here are a few off of google pics:

Blue seems to be popular, with pink...

I can't imagine metallic roof tiles looking good on a home. But I can see how some idiot would buy them and think they look good. The colors some Thais use on their homes is surpassing ridiculous. There's no accounting for taste.
