Construction in Thailand Is building in Thailand as bad as it seems? Can properties really be built and fitted out to European standards? Would you like to Build your own house in Phuket, or a swimming pool in Bangkok? Solar water heating in Pattaya? Or maybe you want to build a resort or guesthouse on Koh Samui? If you want to build a luxury house in Thailand then this is the forum for you.

Thai Floor Plans - 50,000baht Pond Side Hut

If you have a pond or lake on your land then this is the perfect pond side shack, when these plans were first drawn, I think just over 10 years ago the costing was given as just under 50,000baht, with the way building costs have gone in Thailand reckon on 70,000baht which includes upgrading the Thai toilet in the plans to something Thomas Crapper would be proud of, great little building for guests to stay.

You can download the full architects plans of this Thai hut here Thai Pond Side Hut Floor Plans.zip

Hang on a minute!!!

This is the same as your 130-150k 'house' - just a different picture.

Moving into sales/estate agency/what do they call it, oh yeah: real estate?

Does 70k include erection?

If so, then it's a snip!

That's good then ain't it. Just a little cut at the end, and it'll be perfect.
