Prof, looks as thought they are moving very slow in finishing the project. Not uncommon here though. What are your concerns? That it is a rip-off?

Heights Holdings is a private developer, the head guy is one Haim Bar David. They have quite a few developments in the Pratamnak & Jomtien areas. At a guess, the Dutch guy that sold it to you was Kase from KCR Homefinder? He's giving them a plug on their website.

If it all goes according to plans and spec, it sounds a fairly good deal to me. Buying off plan in Pattaya is fairly dangerous however, so lets hope the developer is sound. You are a braver man than I Gunga Din, but good luck. Assume you bought in Pattaya Heights?

Using cut & paste dosen't seem to work, nor does entering the file name ......

there is a special needs thread to show you how to put in pics

someone can tell you where it is, but essentially you have to load your pics to the TD gallery, then link to them there

oh dear, he sounds a little Israeli

I've just spent the best part of 5 hours loading pics into the gallery; i'm oin the home run and now the system says I "don't have permission" ! How the fuck do you guys work with such a cumbersome system ?

Can somebody point meto an idiots guide to posting pics, please. I simply don't have the patience to fathom it out for myself.

I dont think Heights have ever not completed a project, I know an agent well and he said its all he would buy off plan, 5 years ago buying and flipping was getting people 30% return. Wish I had known about it then, I also heard an Irish lad bought 6 off plan on the 24th floor of a development. They only built to the 20th ! all his money is in it and he is in a court wrangle.
