Or any company that offers the service..
There is loads of info on the net but all of the companies

Do you want to finish walls or floors? Do you want to stain existing concrete or tint new work.

Siam Cement has an extensive line of products for finishing cement floors and walls. You should visit their design center on the Ramindra Highway in Bangkok or see your local building supply retailer to see review Siam Cement products.

A little bit off topic, but on this website you can order concrete admixtures such as accelerators (can greatly decrease building time):

Admixtures for Ready Mixed Concrete | Sika (Thailand) Ltd.

I have yet to find a bigger, trustable company that sells colored concrete or coloring admixtures.
//edit: I was just checking a Dutch webshop, they sell different pigment colors for €5-20 per kg. Not sure how to ship it but the powder is cheaper than expected.
