Let's pretend that you are a falang and wanting to build a house in Thailand.

What kan we do DD? Can we lease, trust or just be filthy rich and buy our way into the life on the beach?

Hmmm damn good question, OK most people I know buy their houses in a company name, this they have to pay tax on every year, maybe 12k per year, me I done mine on a 30 year lease, my galfriend owns it but I have it till I am 70 years old, I really cant imagine wanting to live longer than that, old people aint that nice and keep telling you the same things over and over again.
