    Need Licensed Engineer

I need a licensed structural engineer (non-government) to prepare the structural drawings for a house. The Architectural plans are complete and need a qualified structural engineer to complete the plans & details and sign them.
Appreciate any replies and of course there's a finders fee if the engineer works out.

Does the engineer need to be local to your area?
If yes, then maybe you should add your (rough) location

    Thai Engineer

    Hi

I am an architect working on Koh Samui. I have a very good (English speaking)engineer working for me, he could do the job after hours.

    Hi Tom,

I don't have enough post to PM you.

I misunderstood your request. I thought you were looking for an engineer for just one project. Three or more projects a month would be too much work for him. He might be able to do two projects a month, depending on the salary.

quite surprised to get a quote of 15k for a small, 1 bed, 1 bath extension from your structural engineer.
the local government office quoted only 4k for the same thing and done in a week, not two.
I guess Koh Samui has much higher pricing standards although I kind of expected this before getting the quote. Most everything on Samui is overpriced.
