    and also it is virtually fire resistant too, even with a concentrated flame on it as soon as the flame is removed it stops burning,so it's fire retardancy is very very high indeed.

    ....insulation... it this a way to go?

    I have read about the different ways to insulate a wall. I am thinking of using one layer of q-con, then fibre insulation mats, (R-27, 75mm thick), and outside fibre board, sherawood or conwood on the outside. ( they look like wood board). Anyone try this? I got a qout. at HomeMart at aprox THB 650/m2. including rendering on one side.

    I just have used 15cm Qcon for my outside walls and it works well

    for a southern facing wall, it might be worth some additional insulation
