    House renovation in Bangkok

We have a 3 storey semi-detached house in Bangkok that needs a serious renovation. Is there any company you can recommend and how much should we expect for a decent job ?

Then how much can we get if we rent it out? The house is in a village near The Mall in Ngam Wong Wan.
The things we regret most is the things we didn't do

Your questions are rather difficult to answer with limited information. Not trying to be curt with my answer but exactly what do you mean by serious renovation?

    ^ Thanks for helping.

We bought the house 10 years ago and two years later we moved back to Hong Kong so basically everything in the house is 10 years old and there wasn't any proper maintenance during those 10 years.
What must be done ? Painting, walls inside and outside, windows, balcony. We had a flooding because the gutters were filled with dead leaves and overflowed under the roof, so we need to change the ceiling in most of the rooms. Some plumbing job. Built in cabinets need to be fixed and paint. Same for the kitchen.

Now we can go for basic renovation or something more sophisticated. It will basically depends on the abilities of the people we will find to do the job and how much we can expect if we rent out the house. We realized it wasn't a good idea to leave the house empty and as we don't expect to move back to Bangkok in the coming few years but still want to keep the house, renting was the best option.

So if someone could advise us about a good renovation company, what people would be ready to pay to rent a house in our area and what they expect for that money, we would be very grateful.

    Thanks in advance

    House Renovation

You can try calling this mobile 08-5151-3599 and contact Dave. His work is professional with fair price. I and my freinds here used to ask his team to renovate our house and office.
