    Last Piece of the Puzzle

I am almost done my fence but haven't been able to find something nice to fill the 2 sides of my gates. They measure 1.5 m x 1.0 m the local plaques are too small or too large. Also as I need two the images can not be facing the same way. Anybody have any good ideas or know where I can browse a large amount of plaques in the Bangkok area.

    Sorry for the dark photo

I'd say get rid of all that metal... gates, wall.

Fill it in with wood. And the two spots next to the gate as well.

Why do you want everybody to see into your house and garden 24/7? You're not Thai, surely you value privacy over face.

^ 555, easy to say now it's finished and paid for ! :'/
In that spirit, I'd advise you to open up the ground so that you could plant stuff along the road in front of your wall. No shadow now for you and pedestrians, don't anybody know it's hot here ?

The only place I see in Bkk, where you could have a lot of choice, would be around JJ WE market.

But why no use the same material you used to 'render' the rest of the wall ?

Wood might not ba a bad idea though. Get some teak planks and have carvings made, that way you can cut it to fit. Oil it once a year and your done, as long as no one steals them...

Sandstone plaques are nice; you can find some in Angkor Wat, or even in Buriram

maybe you can get some tailor-made

cost more but you should have got some before leaving the gap

I think your house is very nice and a good size plot to . As some one said the sand stone reliefs are good and would be nice both side of the gate.
