Does anyone know of steel construction prices for just the steel and constrcution, something in line with commercial building frames?

I did enqire from a steel shop up the road from us once, found out that the light steel common in roofs is sold by the meter, and heavy industrial I beam steel by the weight. can't recall the prices quoted.

Seems to me a lot of steel used in construction round these parts is this light lip steel.
