    Chedi,

I can't give you any info on the company, but the prices look fair for a teak house.
I would contact the company and get some customer names and try and visit the houses and ask the customers about the building experince .

A poster called Aquaman had his house built by a similar company on some land in Phitsanulok about 2-3 years ago. Has quite a long and very interesting thread on it.

Would probably be of interest to you.

Was about 10 pages long. With pics and dialogue from start to finish. Ending with a concrete kitchen being built at the ground level I think.

Yup, good one. Think his first post on it is this one.

He has his own thread on it on another couple of forums, and must of just added the pics to that TD thread.

That link works JJ very interesting and makes the site posted here look a bit expensive. Thai's seem to go for the concrete box but I think I would rather have one of these, the only think I'd worry about is insect infestation in the wood after a few years.

As the house is legally in your name, if you get dumped by the missus, you just get it taken down and moved to another plot of land.

A couple of companies who make pre-fab teak homes exhibit at the Architex trade show every year in May at the Impact Center. I think this is one of them. You can kick the tires, so to speak, if you can wait until May.

I have seen one company erect a couple of show houses pre fab style here in Phuket I keep meaning to stop and have a look. The ones you have posted look ok and the prices if you go by sqm price seem ok in comparison for Phuket,I'll let you know the company I will stop I was also thinking of buying a few of the chalet type to put on some land and make a jungle resort

Post the pics here if you can.
The octagonal posts usually mean it is a better quality build.
