One thing I would do is add some picture windows to lighten the interior of the house up. With such beautiful views it is a shame to have the house all dark and closed in live a cave

A balcony along the mountainside end of the house.

a fair sized patio below.

An extended balcony on the road end.

Plus whatever else we make up as we go along.
